Frank Habit

Mr. Habit has 43 years experience in the real estate investment and development industry, and has been involved in over $3B of transactions in his career. He has extensive expertise in land acquisition, zoning and entitlements, development, complex mixed-use land development, construction, branding, marketing and sales, brokerage, leasing, property and asset management, project workouts and property dispositions. His expertise also includes debt and equity capital transactions, bond financing, legal matters, including bankruptcy management, foreclosures, receivership and FDIC agreements, environmental matters, accounting, real estate related technologies, including methane gas extraction from urban landfills, and community planning.

Mr. Habit’s real estate experience includes single family, multi-family, office, retail, commercial, hotels, golf assets and marinas in Tennessee, Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia and Florida. He began his career with A.M. Pullen & Company CPAs (now
McGladrey) in Greensboro, North Carolina and served in corporate management and development management offices with Cousins Properties Incorporated and Wammock &
Company, Inc. in Atlanta and Ginn Corporation on Hilton Head Island, South Carolina prior to forming The Habit Corporation in 1985. His present business activities are centered within Habit Properties, LLC and its affiliates.

Mr. Habit is a North Carolina CPA (inactive status). He received his B.S. Business Administration (Accounting Concentration) degree from the University of North Carolina – Chapel Hill in 1977 and his M.S. Real Estate Science and Urban Affairs degree from Georgia State University in Atlanta in 1985.

Greg Wyka

Greg Wyka has worked with First Florida since 1996, when he administered the construction management contract for Divi Resorts in Aruba.

Since then, as a Superintendent/Project Manager, Vice President and now President, he has managed more than 1 Billion dollars in construction projects and has personally overseen the construction of over 14,154 multifamily units. Greg is the principal and primary owner of the First Florida Companies.

Greg is an industry advisory board member for the University of Miami Masters in Construction Management Program.

As a recipient of the University of Florida’s Gator 100 Award, Greg is leading First Florida to be one of the strongest Florida-based construction companies of the future.

John Holdsworth

John Holdsworth founded Commercial Management of Florida in February 1991 in Tampa, Florida. Their mission is to provide proactive management by aggressively managing communities with a “goal and objectives” philosophy. This achieves the highest possible NOI to the owner. The list of clients that have used their services include, but are not limited to, California Federal Bank, Trans Ohio Savings Bank, RTC, Coast Bank, Sun Bank, Emigrant Savings Bank, as well as private owners.

John Holdsworth, CPM, CCIM, has been a Certified Property Manager since 1984, a licensed Florida Real Estate Broker and licensed Florida Mortgage Broker since 1987. He has a B.A. in Finance from the University of South Florida. He has been active in property management for the last 40 years. John has a Class B Contractors license and has worked for a private investor in the developmentandconstructionof500apartmentsintheTampaBayarea. HeservedastheRegional Manager for two currently major corporate 500 companies; Trammel Crow and Cardinal Industries. John has extensive experience as a court appointed Receiver. John has 40 years’ experience managing, developing, renovating and brokering multi-family properties as well as multi-site experience managing properties from 40 units to over 2000 units simultaneously throughout the Southeastern United States.

RECEIVERSHIPS

John has been a court appointed receiver in the Circuit Court of the Seventh Judicial District, in and for Volusia County, Florida; in the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial District in and for Pinellas County, Florida; for the Circuit Court in and for Hillsborough County, Florida; in the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial District in and for Lee County, Florida; the United States District Court for the Middle District of Alabama in Montgomery County, Alabama; as well as a court appointed custodian in the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial District, in and for Orange County, Florida.

John W. Holdsworth was appointed by the Honorable Judge John Adams for the Ninth Judicial Circuit Court in Orange County, FL as a custodian for Dockside Condominiums, 266 units that were condemned by the City of Orlando when the property was only 10-years-old. As custodian, John was responsible for all duties and responsibilities of the Board of Directors of this community. The scope of this work included engaging with architects, contractors, engineers, lending institutions and building code enforcement to meet or exceed building code requirements.

John has developed and managed properties in Florida, Georgia, Alabama, Mississippi, and North Carolina. He is currently owns and is working on developments in Florida North Carolina.
