Daytona, FL
- A multifamily site on the inter-coastal in south Daytona Florida that is in a opportunity zone. The development will have 439 multi-family units in a six story structure with a six story parking garage. The parking garage will allow each resident to park at the level of the home and walk directly to their unit.
- This is 140 acre assemblage of 90 individual lots located one mile from Tanger outlet mall and two miles from Jimmy Buffets Margaritaville. Currently the site is being repositioned for 601 multifamily units and 30,000 sqft of office. We are expecting entitlements and approvals for development no later than December 2021.
Asheville, NC/ Woodfin, NC
The Bluffs on River Bend – consists of 87 acres in an opportunity zone with 4,000 ft on the french broad river. The development is zoned for mountain village which allows for 17 units per acre for multifamily, lodging, office, retail. The total build out of this development will be in excess of 800 million dollars. Currently the developers are in discussion to acquire 26 additional acres. The site is entitled 1394 multifamily units and a allowable height of five stories. This development is working on a master plan to create a multi generational site with amenities and social functions for all age groups.
Future Development
We have 2 additional developments in the Florida market. We are working on having them put under contract in the near future.
- 180 units that has direct access for boating on Tampa Bay
- 140 acres in Hillsborough county FL that has a ski size lake that the development will be built around. The site will accommodate 450 units and it has direct access to the interstate.
